Ingredients
Hawthorn Fruit (Shan Zha). Dittany Bark (Bai Xian Pi). Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui). Dried Ginger (Gan Jiang). Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui). White Peony Root (Bai Shao). Rehmannia Root (Sheng Di Huang). Safflower (Hong Hua). Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuan Xiong). Dahurian Angelica Root (Bai Zhi).
How to use
- 1.Use a clean foot tub deep enough that the water sits about 4 to 5cm above the ankle.
- 2.Place one sealed sachet (do not open) into the tub. Pour over boiling water and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 3.Add warm water until it reaches 38 to 40°C.
- 4.Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 5.Dry your feet thoroughly, apply oil or lotion if you like, and put on socks.
Best in the evening, at least an hour before bed. Three to four times a week.
