These terms

These terms of service apply to your use of woosa.com.au (the “site”) and to any order you place with us. The site is operated by WOOSA Wellness Pty Ltd (“WOOSA”, “we”, “us”), based in Melbourne, Australia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

WOOSA sells herbal foot soaks for external, cosmetic use only. They are a ritual of warmth, scent and quiet. They are not medicines or therapeutic goods, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Traditional terms are used as cultural and sensory language, not as medical description.

Please read the care notes on each product page and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant, menstruating, managing a health condition, or using the soak for a child, check the product page and speak with a healthcare professional if you are unsure. Discontinue use if any irritation or discomfort occurs.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation or dispatch your items, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any amount you have paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and methods are set out on our Shipping page. Returns, refunds and your rights are set out on our Refunds & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it, or using it to send spam. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or any part of it, at any time.

Our content

All content on this site, including the WOOSA name and logo, text, images, and design, is owned by WOOSA or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our products and keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. None of these terms exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the product or paying the cost of resupply.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
