Ingredients

Codonopsis Root (Dang Shen). Astragalus Root (Huang Qi). Atractylodes Rhizome (Bai Zhu). Poria (Fu Ling). Bupleurum Root (Chai Hu). Black Cohosh Rhizome (Sheng Ma). Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi). Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui). Honey-Fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gan Cao).

How to use

1. 1.Use a clean foot tub deep enough that the water sits about 4 to 5cm above the ankle.
2. 2.Place one sealed sachet (do not open) into the tub. Pour over boiling water and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
3. 3.Add warm water until it reaches 38 to 40°C.
4. 4.Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. 5.Dry your feet thoroughly, apply oil or lotion if you like, and put on socks.

Best in the evening, at least an hour before bed. Three to four times a week.
