We ship Australia-wide.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
• A flat $10 for standard shipping on orders under $100.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees, and delivery can take longer during busy periods or to regional areas.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a confirmation when you order, and tracking details by email once your order is on its way. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, get in touch and we’ll look into it.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
