Rituals for Balance
The exhale at the end of the day.
The fifteen minutes to yourself. Warm feet. Quiet mind.
Whole dried herbs
Nothing powdered, nothing synthetic
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine
A fifteen-minute evening ritual
Why WOOSA
Somewhere along the way, rest became something you had to earn.
WOOSA is a herbal foot soak, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, made for the fifteen minutes at the end of the day that belong to no one but you.
BOOST 补, for when you're tired and drained.
FLOW 通, for when your mind won't switch off.
RESTORE 养, for when you rest, and still wake up tired.
Warm water. Whole herbs. Fifteen minutes, the traditional way.
The collection
Three rituals. One quiet promise.
Find the one for the kind of tired you are.

Why the feet
Feet aren’t just convenient. They’re built for exactly this.
Feet have a large surface area and a dense network of blood vessels close to the surface. That makes them one of the fastest places on the body to warm, and just as quick to cool. It’s the same reason cold feet keep you up, and warm ones help you settle.
In Chinese households, soaking the feet before bed has been part of every evening for generations.
Fifteen minutes of warm water here does more than fifteen minutes almost anywhere else. Warm the feet, and the whole body begins to settle.
