Why we soak the feet
By WOOSA

In many Chinese households, the foot soak is simply part of the evening, as ordinary as making tea. A kettle, a basin, a handful of whole herbs, and a few minutes of sitting still.
What draws us to it is not a claim but a feeling. Warmth gathering at the feet. Steam softening the edges of the room. Shoulders that drop without being told to.
We kept the ritual whole: real dried herbs, prepared the traditional way, nothing powdered or rushed. The rest is just you, the water, and a little quiet.
