The case for a slower evening
By WOOSA

Most evenings arrive already spent. We hand the day its last hour the way we handed it every other, half-attending, one eye on tomorrow.
The idea behind WOOSA is small and a little stubborn: that the end of the day deserves a threshold. Something that marks the shift from doing to being, without asking anything clever of you.
A basin of warm water is enough. Fifteen minutes is enough. The point is not to achieve anything. The point is to stop, on purpose, for once.
